This booking will be served by Easeway Car and Truck Rental, having registered office in 10030 Calle Celestial, Carolina, 00979, San Juan, Puerto Rico. In case of booking disputes. The customer shall contact Easeway Car and Truck Rental. Contact: 00 1 787 791-5900.

Exclusions
Third Party Liability, Loss Damage Waiver [CDW and Theft] and Supplement insurance is not included in the rental amount and can be purchase at the time of pickup.
Rental Days Allowed
Minimum 1 and maximum 30 Days. A new contract must be signed for every 30 days.
Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years.
Tolls
Auto Express Toll Service is available at a cost of $5.95 USD per day. In case customer do not opt for this option and uses the toll, a fine of $150.00 USD, plus toll charge will be applicable. Please be advised that the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge & Dynamic Toll Lanes (DTL) are not included in the AET service.
Young Driver Surcharge
A fees will apply for the drivers ages from 18 to 20 years 19.95 USD Per day and for ages from 21 to 24 years will be $9.95 Per day. Senior Driver Surcharge.
Senior driver surcharge not applicable and maximum age to rent a car is 75 years old.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 1 year with no major endorsements. Drivers must hold a valid international driving license if their domestic license is not in Roman/English alphabet.
If the customer’s driver’s license is not in Latin Alphabet, it needs to be translated in English by their government. The translated document must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory at the time of vehicle pick up. Passport, Valid Driving License and a valid Credit Card on the main driver name.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance is not included in the rental amount.
LDW is available at the counter. The LDW is only mandatory if customer doesn’t provide proof of their own insurance. If they bring their personal insurance information like Declaration Page stating that it covers in Puerto Rico and/or they you may have an major credit card that provides the insurance. This applies to any citizen that is able to provide this information.
LDW is not available to renters under 21 they must provide their own private insurance offering coverage in Puerto Rico and/or US Territories.
Personal Accident Insurance : From 4 USD up to 11 USD per day depending on the vehicle.
Loss Damage Waiver Insurance : From 19.95 USD per day to 29.95 USD per day.
Tire and glass Protection: 4.40 USD per day.
Tires and Rim Protection: 2.45 USD per day.
Supplement Liability Insurance: 10.95 USD per day.

Fees:
1. Traffic & Parking Violations: The renter assumes full responsibility for traffic/parking violations and pays the respective fines & admin fees whilst vehicle is contracted by you. In case the renter chooses to pay the traffic/parking violation at the rental desk, then customer will be charged at the time of closing.
2. Vehicles returned in bad condition and with extremely dirty interior will be charged for special cleaning with cost up to $100.00 USD.
Roadside Assistance
In case of a vehicle malfunction, we replace it with another car. However, if the breakdown is because of a customer, charges will vary depending on the damage.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel, missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee of 30 USD. Fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit cards and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk. Deposit A refundable deposit varying from 500 USD to 1000 USD (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Deposit
In addition to the rental charge, A hold deposit varying from $500 USD to $1,000 USD (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours pick up and drop off is not available.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up 2 hours of grace period is allowed. After the grace period vehicle will be provided if available. Otherwise booking is considered as No Show.
For vehicle return: 1 hour of grace period is allowed. If the customer returns the vehicle after the grace period, one day extra charge will apply.
Pickup Instructions
Upon arrival, please proceed to the Shuttle bus area located outside the baggage claim terminal. Look for the white shuttle with the sun logo. Contact: 001 787 791-5900

Please clarify with our representative about drop-off location while pickup.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment I.e., GPS, baby Seats depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
